Job summary

Big E's is seeking a Bartender in Midland, MI for part-time shifts (1st and 2nd, about 6-8 hours). You will mix and serve beverages, take food orders, and ensure responsible alcohol service according to local laws and Big E's standards.

You will join a team with discounts, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, flexible schedules, holiday pay, and advancement opportunities. TIPS or ServSafe certification may be completed on hire; prior experience not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret information and perform arithmetic calculations.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and build connections to ensure they feel welcome.
• Verify age with ID and serve alcohol responsibly.
• Inspect bar supplies and stock ingredients prior to shift.
• Prepare garnishes, mixers, and drinks per recipes.
• Collect payments and reconcile cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean bar area and follow closing procedures.
