Round Barn Public House in Baroda, MI is seeking energetic bartenders for a part-time, hourly + tips position. You will craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to responsible alcohol service. You will work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods, with opportunities for tips based on performance.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits is preferred.
Excellent guest service and communication skills are required.
Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume setting.

Responsabilités

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to bar and restaurant guests.
Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and current menu.
Enter orders and process payments through the POS system.
Verify identifications and follow responsible alcohol service rules.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and help maintain a safe environment.
Keep bar clean, organized, and stocked throughout service.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and side-work tasks.
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
Support the team during high-volume service and events.
