Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 1–3 years bartending experience preferred; training available.
• ABC Certification in DE or TIPS Certification in MD required.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service per federal/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking items.
• Keep bar area clean and organized, including glassware and tools.
• Process payments, manage tabs, and record sales accurately.
• Adhere to health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Engage with guests to foster a lively, enjoyable atmosphere.
