40North Group in Morristown, NJ is seeking an experienced Full Service Bartender to join our team. If you have a passion for mixology, exceptional guest service, and thrive in a fast-paced bar, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages to company standards, maintaining a clean bar, upselling drinks, processing payments, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. TIPS certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required (full-service preferred).
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail techniques.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service to bar guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Upsell and recommend drink specials, menu items, and promotions.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing the bar as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
