Job summary

High 5 Hospitality Group is seeking a bartender to join its growing team, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a focus on guest satisfaction.

This role supports a dynamic bar environment across five brands, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Buffalo Wild Wings GO, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon, and Eggspectation, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1–3 years bartending experience preferred; training available.
• ABC or TIPS certification required per state.
• Access to online scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service (RAS) procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take drink orders, and offer recommendations.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks per recipes and preferences.
• Monitor bar stock and assist in restocking.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and glassware.
• Process payments, manage tabs, and record sales.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere.
