We are seeking talented, personable, and service-driven bartenders to craft beverages, engage with guests, and deliver high-quality bar experiences across diverse service formats—from high-volume show nights to refined banquet receptions.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or banquet environment preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, with ability to follow and present recipes consistently.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills, with an approachable and engaging style.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with Limelight Hawaii's recipes and brand standards.
• Provide cocktail and beverage service for the entertainment showroom and banquet events.
• Manage orders in POS system and handle tabs efficiently.
• Set up bar, stock inventory, and maintain cleanliness before, during, and after service.
