Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• Must hold a current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and move about the bar area.
• Able to bend, reach, and twist to retrieve items.

Responsibilities

• Guest interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Cocktail preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy's recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Menu knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Service excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Bar maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
