Torchy’s Tacos in Zionsville, IN is seeking outgoing Bartenders to deliver a Damn Good experience. You’ll provide full-service with menu knowledge and cocktail prep, following Torchy’s recipes and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or similar role preferred.
• Current state alcohol-server license required (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Flexible schedules and hours based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must stand for long periods and move around the bar area.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes.
• Learn the menu to make recommendations and upsell.
