Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar with liquor, juices, and tools.
• Keeps bar, glassware, and cutlery clean and sanitized.
• Ensures guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepares drinks according to standards and guest preferences.
• Presents the bar bill and processes payment.
• Engages guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitors for overconsumption and takes action as needed.
• Locks up and stores all beverage and bar equipment; secures cash drops.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
