Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Madison, OH is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our team. This tipped position offers Daily Pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, employee-focused workplace.

The Bartender will set up the bar, prepare drinks, verify ages, handle payments, and ensure guests are engaged and satisfied. Requires high school or equivalent and 3 years of bartending experience; certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar with liquor, juices, crushes, additives, soda, etc.
• Keep bar, glasses and cutlery clean and sanitized
• Ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcohol
• Prepare drink orders according to bar standards and guest preferences
• Present bar bill and take payment
• Engage and satisfy guests
• Monitor guests for overconsumption of alcohol and take steps as necessary
• Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secure bank
• Perform various other duties as assigned
