Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of bartending experience and a solid knowledge of alcohol service, with a preference for individuals holding bartending certification.

As a valued member of SHG, you will contribute to a welcoming guest experience, operate the bar to standards, handle payments, and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Three years in a bartending role.
• Bartending certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with liquor, juices, and garnishes and keep it stocked.
• Ensure bar area, glasses and cutlery are clean and sanitized.
• Verify guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to standards and guest preferences.
• Present bills and process payments.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Monitor for overconsumption and take appropriate action.
• Lock up and secure all equipment and cash at shift end.
