Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar with appropriate liquor, juices, and garnishes
• Keeps bar, glasses, and cutlery clean and sanitized
• Ensures guests are of legal drinking age
• Prepares drinks to bar standards and guest preferences
• Presents bill and processes payments
• Engages and satisfies guests
• Monitors for overconsumption and takes action
• Locks up and secures equipment and deposits cash
