Job summary

Golden Gaming, LLC is seeking a skilled bartender to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, while maintaining a clean, efficient bar and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will handle garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies, follow cash handling and POS procedures, and ensure compliance with gaming laws and company controls. A 1-year high-volume bartending background and 21+ age are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar.
• Knowledge of common drink recipes and proper pour measurements.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area (tops, floors, equipment).
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Receive, issue, and keep accurate records of liquor and other supplies.
• Follow proper cash handling, compensation, and POS procedures.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
