Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a full service bar.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink menus and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify guests are at least 21 and serve responsibly.
• Know bar menu items and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately at the bar and lounge.
• Deliver orders within established time frames.
• Utilize upselling techniques consistently.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
