Job summary

Pink Tiger Enterprises LLC in Royal Oak, MI is seeking a Bartender to join our team! You will take orders, make drink recommendations, keep the bar inviting, and craft traditional and creative cocktails.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and passionate about mixology; you will ensure legality and safety, handle payments, restock, and assist with opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Previous food service, hospitality or bartending experience preferred.
• Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders.
• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow laws.
• Collect payment and operate cash register.
• Order, maintain, and restock bar supplies and ingredients.
• Open and close the bar, including cleaning.
