Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of mixology; cash handling experience; knowledge of ABC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the bar is clean and properly set up for shifts.
• Greet guests and promote house drinks, upselling when possible.
• Prepare beverages according to SOPs to control costs and ensure consistency.
• Maintain knowledge of alcoholic awareness programs and ABC regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior and stop service as needed; check IDs.
• Inventory and secure bar at end of shift.
• Promote marketing events to guests.
• Accept payments and process credit card charges.
• Serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
• Report equipment problems and maintenance issues.
• Assist with restocking bar inventory and supplies.
