Job summary

Mohonk Mountain House is seeking a full-time Bartender to join our year-round team. You will prepare and serve beverages and food, assist with cashiering, and help maintain a welcoming bar area.

You will manage stock, follow New York alcohol laws, greet guests, and provide wine pairing recommendations. The role requires flexibility, strong guest service, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and 21+ years of age.
• Prior bartending and wine service experience.
• TIPS or state alcohol-awareness training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Operate the bar and assist with cashiering and POS transactions.
• Maintain bar setup and stock, requisition items as needed.
