Torchy’s Tacos in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an outgoing Bartender to deliver a Damn Good experience. You will provide full-service bartending with menu knowledge and cocktails crafted to Torchy’s recipes, while maintaining a welcoming bar environment.

Responsibilities include guest interaction, cocktail prep, menu guidance, timely service, bar upkeep, and teamwork to ensure smooth operations. Must hold a valid state alcohol-server license and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied work schedules and hours.
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and walk for several hours.
• Able to reach and bend to access shelves at different heights.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner to create a welcoming environment.
• Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes with consistency.
• Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide prompt, accurate service and fulfill guest needs.
