Qualifications

• A current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE) is required.
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner to create a welcoming environment.
• Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes with consistency.
• Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide prompt, accurate service and ensure guests have what they need.
