Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos is seeking outgoing Bartenders to provide a Damn Good experience. You’ll deliver full-service dining with menu knowledge and cocktail prep that aligns with Torchy’s recipes.

Responsibilities include guest interaction, cocktail prep, menu recommendations, and maintaining a clean, safe bar area. Experience preferred; state-licensed servers are required; flexible hours and lifting up to 40 pounds are included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• A current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
