The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Banquet Bartender to prepare and serve beverages for events in a friendly and timely manner. You will ensure adherence to the hotel's pursuit of excellence while maintaining inventory, stock, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a high-volume banquet or hotel setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21+ and capable of flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the bar for each event/function.
• Greet guests and take drink orders; mix and present beverages.
• Enter orders into POS and track beverages served for accountability.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service to only those of legal age.
• Maintain sanitation and proper bar setup, inventory and equipment.
