Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc. seeks a Banquet Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service for banquets, meetings, and events. You will prepare drinks, set up and break down bar stations, and ensure a clean, compliant service area.

Role requires high school diploma, New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Valid availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
• High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional beverage service in banquet and event settings.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up, stock, maintain, and break down banquet bar stations based on event needs and BEOs.
• Ensure bar areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout events.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times.
• Verify guest identification and comply with all New Mexico alcohol service laws.
• Communicate effectively with banquet teams, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure seamless event execution.
• Process guest orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service, safety, and sanitation standards.
