Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and related software applications.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in person and by phone.
• Balance currency, coins, and checks accurately at end of shift.
• Receive checks and cash for deposits; verify amounts.
• Record transactions in the bank’s systems and issue receipts.
• Cross-sell the bank’s products and services.
• Follow security protocols and bank policies.
