Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Two years of experience in a dealership position preferred.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and obtains necessary customer/vehicle data.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and provide quotes.
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Monitor repair progress and communicate changes to customers with proper approvals.
• Test-drive vehicles or refer to a test technician as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction within benchmark levels.
• Advise customers on car care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
