Job summary

Hendrick Chrysler Jeep FIAT (Fayetteville) is seeking a Service Advisor to identify and document service needs, advise customers, and schedule work. Responsibilities

• Works with customer and technician to identify needed maintenance.
• Advises customers on required and recommended services.
• Suggests additional services and repairs.
• Computes cost of parts and labor to restore vehicle.
• Estimates costs for mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
• Enters itemized estimates and explains them to customers.
• Schedules customer appointments.
• Meets dealership standards for repairs and orders.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Keeps an organized, clean, safe work area.
• Participates in required training.
• Records hours accurately in timekeeping system.
• Follows safety rules and regulations.
• Demonstrates the company's core values.
• Complies with policies and procedures.
• Observes safety rules in duties.
