Job summary

Big Star Honda, part of Ken Garff Automotive Group, is seeking a Sales Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle purchasing journey with a friendly, proactive approach. You will build relationships, present options, and close deals while maintaining top-tier customer service.

The role emphasizes rapport, product knowledge, and ongoing training in a fast-paced environment at our Houston dealership. A valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through their sales journey enthusiastically.
• Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction with follow-up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web, phone, store lead).
• Participate in ongoing training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
