Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Experience with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive lending, leasing, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Structure and present financing options to customers, including loans and lease agreements.
• Work with banks and lenders to secure financing approvals.
• Present and sell aftermarket products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and protection packages.
• Ensure all F&I documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth transition from sale to financing.
• Maintain lender relationships to maximize approvals and funding speed.
• Track and report F&I performance metrics to management.
