The role emphasizes overseeing accounting, payroll, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with sales, service, and finance teams. A relevant degree and dealership software proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership office management or accounting preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership software (CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Knowledge of automotive accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience with title processing, deal funding, and DMV paperwork.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with sales, service, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dealership office operations, including accounting, billing, and financial reporting
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Reconcile dealership accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Supervise and support administrative and clerical staff
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Process payroll and maintain employee records in coordination with HR functions
• Coordinate with department managers to streamline office workflows and communication
• Manage title and tag processing, deal funding, and DMV documentation
