Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi Campus is seeking two Administrative Assistants to support our Athletics Department for the 2026-2027 school year. These are temporary positions with projected end dates between December 2026 and March 2027.

The role emphasizes strong computer literacy, especially Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting student-athletes.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of administrative or related experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in educational or athletic environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides general administrative support to the Athletics Department and other units as needed.
• Receives and screens messages, disseminates information, and maintains files.
• Assists with budget, purchasing, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinates staff events and prepares routine correspondence and reports.
• Backs up other administrative staff and cross-trains where needed.
