Job summary

Adams & Martin Group in Denver seeks an experienced Legal Practice Assistant to support a trial-focused team of 4–5 attorneys. You will draft and format legal documents, manage calendars, and coordinate travel, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The role is fully onsite for 90 days with a hybrid schedule thereafter, offering a competitive $85,000–$100,000 salary plus extensive benefits and an attractive bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of litigation legal assistant experience in a medium to large law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise preparing and formatting Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills are required.
• Experience supporting multiple litigation attorneys in a fast-paced practice.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must live in the Denver metropolitan area and be onsite initially with a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, edit, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Prepare and format Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities for briefs.
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare expense reports, and support client communications.
• Support 4–5 attorneys (2–3 partners, 2–3 associates) with document production and administrative needs.
