Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
  • 2–7 years of litigation experience in business/commercial, real estate, employment, or school law.
  • Proven track record litigating in Colorado state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Appear and advocate in Colorado state and federal courts for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough research on statutes, case law, and regulations relevant to business, commercial, real estate, employment, and school law.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, strategic advice, and clear communication.
  • Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions to resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Work closely with partners and team members on complex cases while demonstrating the ability to handle assignments independently.
  • Ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards in all aspects of legal practice.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$150,000/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
