Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our convenience store to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

You'll support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, and manage schedules, deposits, and merchandising. Open availability, weekends and holidays are required, with second/third shifts. Great growth potential and a competitive bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Comfortable with cleaning duties and maintaining outside areas.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to perform basic math.
• Clear English communication and willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
