Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience in a leadership or key-holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated and takes ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store organization, readiness, and smooth operations.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Provide ownership mindset by addressing issues and upholding standards.
• Leverage retail tech to enhance customer experience and store operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and support hiring/training of staff.
• Coach teammates and close performance gaps; jump in to support priorities.
