Job summary

Fairfield Management is seeking an organized and outgoing Assistant Property Manager in Houma, Louisiana. You will support the Property Manager with on-site operations, showcasing your organizational and customer service skills while delivering an exceptional living experience.

Your responsibilities include maintaining property records, managing lease applications, collecting rent, and ensuring property upkeep. We require a high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Property Management or leasing/sales experience preferred.
• Prior experience using ResMan or similar property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in property management operations.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software.
• Collect rent and prepare financial reports.
• Manage the leasing process and guide new residents.
• Resolve resident complaints with patience and tact.
