The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, organized, and capable of communicating with a variety of residents and team members to reach leasing and retention goals. Prior multi-family management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Reliable transportation and a 40-hour work week is required.
• Previous management experience in the multi-family industry is required.
• Availability to work rotating Saturday shift as needed.
• RentCafe/Yardi experience is a plus.
• Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and resident retention goals for Olde English Village.
• Create a positive experience for prospective and current residents.
• Coordinate with property management and team to ensure service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication with residents.
