Responsibilities

• Lease apartments, respond to inquiries, qualify applicants, show units, and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Manage renewals, track lease expirations, and prepare renewal leases.
• Assist in meeting revenue goals and occupancy targets.
• Monitor resident requests and completion of work orders.
• Ensure properties are rent-ready and compliant with Fair Housing.
