Job summary

LexLive is excited to offer hourly Assistant Manager positions at our Downtown Lexington venue. Managers will oversee their department during shifts, mentor staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years managing payroll, scheduling, inventory and some P&L experience, with strong math, computer, and communication skills, and a positive, reliable attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ for some positions).
• Minimum 3 years of management experience required.
• Strong math and computer skills; effective communication is essential.
• Exemplary guest service and ability to work with a team.
• Willingness to perform duties across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations in assigned area including staff allocation, guest service and problem resolution.
• Oversee area organization and cleanliness and ensure quality control.
• Lead each shift to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Interact with point-of-sale and other software to reconcile receipts daily.
• Participate in inventory management and keep stock levels accurate.
