Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience required.
• Experience handling payroll, scheduling, and inventory.
• Some P&L experience is preferred.
• Strong math, computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee designated department during shifts.
• Manage staff, guests, goods, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with POS and software to reconcile receipts daily.
• Lead shift to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Provide training, coaching and discipline as needed.
