Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in facilities maintenance or related trade.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC-R, and carpentry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC-R, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the life of facilities and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and members.
• Assist in setup, support, and breakdown of special events, including moving equipment or furniture.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in maintenance and workshop areas.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in other areas of the Club as needed to support operations and member satisfaction.
