Qualifications

• Minimum five years of full-time experience in systems analysis and computer programming, with at least two years in financial management systems.
• Proficient with cost accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with data query tools (SQL) and reporting (Crystal Reports).
• Strong Excel skills and advanced data manipulation for reporting.
• Experience delivering system rollouts and driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost accounting activities including product costing and variance analysis.
• Analyze inventory transactions, valuation, reserves, and KPIs for inventory management.
• Maintain master data accuracy for cost centers, profit centers, and GL accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closings by validating data and resolving variances.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, engineering and finance to drive costing initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools for cost and inventory visibility.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and internal controls for costing and inventory.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support ERP/SAP governance including master data stewardship and testing.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and management reports.
• Promote safety and QSHE-aligned operational practices.
