Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads.
• Follow Housebuildr-approved scripts and talk tracks.
• Qualify homeowners and book appointments accurately.
• Handle basic objections and control the conversation.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Log all activity and notes correctly in the CRM.
• Hit daily and weekly activity and appointment targets.
