Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Tour Generation Specialist – Appointment Setter to engage vacationers and guests across marketing locations, including resorts and events. You will use a scripted pitch to generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for sales presentations.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage tourists, travelers, and locals in high-traffic environments including hotels, resorts, partner businesses, and promotional events.
• Deliver a scripted pitch in a natural, conversational manner to introduce Capital Vacations and the benefits of vacation ownership.
• Create excitement and interest around attending a sales presentation.
• Qualify guests based on company criteria before scheduling their appointment.
• Set appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest information is properly recorded.
• Achieve weekly appointment and performance goals.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy presence throughout each shift.
• Represent Capital Vacations professionally and uphold all company policies and standards.
