Capital Vacations is seeking a Tour Generation Specialist- Appointment Setter to work at our Myrtle Beach locations. You will engage vacationers, deliver a scripted pitch, and book qualified appointments for sales presentations.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy, commission-based role suited for people who enjoy talking to others, thrive on goals, and are comfortable working in public spaces. Paid training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Motivated, outgoing and competitive individuals.
• Experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or marketing is helpful.
• Ability to memorize and deliver a short scripted pitch while staying conversational.

Responsibilities

• Engage tourists, travelers, and locals in high-traffic environments such as hotels, resorts, partner businesses, and events.
• Deliver a scripted pitch in a natural, conversational manner to introduce Capital Vacations and the benefits of vacation ownership.
• Create excitement and interest around attending a sales presentation.
• Qualify guests based on company criteria before scheduling their appointment.
• Set appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest information is properly recorded.
• Achieve weekly appointment and performance goals.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy presence throughout each shift.
• Represent Capital Vacations professionally and uphold all company policies and standards.
