Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multifamily community. You will show apartments, qualify leads, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

You will also assist with lease renewals and implement marketing plans to maintain occupancy, while using property management software to keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing, sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Qualify leads and process rental applications, runs background/credit checks.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and onboarding for new residents.
• Develop marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital platforms and local outreach.
