Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking an outgoing Leasing Agent for our Texas apartment community. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, and assist residents with applications and move-in processes.

Strong customer service and communication skills are required, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and experience with property management software is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy leasing office.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and share information about available apartments.
• Conduct property and tour apartment communities in a welcoming manner.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and required documents.
• Maintain leasing activity records and assist with renewals and resident retention.
• Explain lease terms, community policies, pricing, and amenities.
• Prepare lease documents and assist with move-in/out processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams.
