Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years leasing conventional apartments.
• Proven ability to close leases.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Flexible schedule – weekends required.
• Social media or marketing content creation experience preferred.
• Stable work history and reliable transportation.
• Live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and close prospects professionally.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong performance.
• Verify applications and process leases with accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional resident and prospect services.
• Generate traffic through outreach and community engagement.
• Host resident events and maintain positive relations.
• Manage property's social media to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support Property Manager with daily tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly, professional demeanor.
