Qualifications

• Requires associate degree; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive responsibility experience required.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Discretion and independent judgment in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage residency office expenses and departmental files; prepare documents and requests.
• Maintain Albany Medical Center residency schedule for Radiology coverage.
• Plan day-to-day residency rotation activities and weekly conference schedules.
• Assist in preparing letters of recommendation and verification requests for residents and students.
• Coordinate monthly conferences, exams, and orientation activities for residents.
• Ensure data accuracy for ACGME, ABR, AMA GME Track, and ACR databases.
• Prepare and update schedules, evaluations, and logs using New Innovations.
