The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking an Admissions Advisor to recruit qualified applicants for our programs and manage inquiries with a student-focused approach. You will conduct prospect calls and interviews, helping applicants align goals with CHCP offerings.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or high-volume outbound calling.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) and data entry.
• GED or HS Diploma required.
• Associates Degree or higher preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Explain educational programs, outcomes, and student services to students and parents clearly.
• Manage inquiries to achieve contact and weekly goals, follow approved recruitment policies, and redirect unqualified candidates.
• Participate in recruitment activities such as open houses, local presentations, orientation programs, and career days.
• Secure new inquiries by asking for referrals and scheduling interviews.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment, and assess fit for admission.
