Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time teaching experience; higher ed experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pedagogy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to use educational technologies.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes as assigned by the designated supervisor.
• Develop and submit lesson plans aligned with course objectives.
• Create course outlines and syllabi for review and approval.
• Maintain accurate records and be available for student consultation.
• Assist in recruitment and advising as appropriate.
• Engage in professional development and curriculum assessment activities.
