Job summary

Homestead of El Dorado is seeking an Activities Assistant to implement an activity program addressing residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial needs. The role covers planning, coordinating large and small group activities, and individual participation to enhance well-being.

You will maintain required documentation and ensure adherence to State and Federal regulations while upholding Residents’ Rights and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the Community’s personnel, safety, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement activities to meet residents’ needs, including large groups, small groups and individual participation.
• Maintain documentation as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Monitor compliance to Residents’ Rights and safety regulations.
• Report incidents or allegations of abuse/neglect immediately to leadership.
